shouldnt have to second guess an item thats "authentic"
have bought alot of items off them but have noticed the presence of mutiple fake items on their website that are for sale, they claim to have all this authentification processing etc but let obviously fake items into their stock, a prime example of this is an instagram account by the name of "commoncultured" which has had years of experience with stone island and cp company have exposed a few counterfeit items they have up for sale for full prices, if there is three visibly fake items in stock then how many other counterfeit items have they bought and sold to people without knowing

While no system is completely immune to human error, we take this responsibility extremely seriously. On the very rare occasion an item is questioned after purchase, we always investigate immediately - and if there is ever doubt, we refund the buyer in full. We also welcome external feedback and review it carefully, as we would rather re-check an item than risk selling something that isn’t genuine.
