Review of Panache Cruises

Top quality service and a great team

Everything was arranged very efficiently by Catherine for our Allura cruise and we had a great time.

We booked a future cruise to the Caribbean onboard and realised when we started looking at flights in premium and business class that they were a ridiculous price, which was more than the cost of the cruise (well we realised that January in the Caribbean is high season, but the airfares were prohibitive and we were wanting to travel premium outbound and business class inbound)

I contacted Panache and spoke to Victoria to see if it would be possible to switch to another cruise and she passed our details to Joe in Catherine’s absence.

Within a very short space of time, everything had been set up for the replacement cruise and the monies from the original booking transferred across.

I can’t begin to thank both Oceania cruises staff and the Panache team for arranging things so swiftly and effectively. We were 110 days away from our sailing, so fast approaching the time when we would have had 75% cancellation charges if it hadn’t been possible to transact the switch.

This is by far the best cruise agency we have experienced, and we have tried quite a few!

Review of EE Store

Good in Parts

Through no fault of EE I returned an order which I no longer required.

I had hoped to return it to an EE store about 4 miles away from where I live, but it has only been possible to return it by tracked postage with Royal Mail.

The process involved someone authorising permission for me to return the order and get a refund. Than a code had to be issued, which I had to submit and write on the return label.

I buy many items of clothing and other items online from a variety of stores and the process for retuning goods is fast and as soon as my returned parcel is received, I am emailed with an acknowledgment of receipt and details of when I will receive my refund.

I hope the cost of the goods from EE will be refunded without delay.

It seems a convoluted way of doing things and could perhaps be revised with a more efficient process.

I’ll write a further review when I actually receive the refund!
