Charged Me Without Service — Not Trustworthy
I was excited to try USA2Me but was very disappointed. I was charged twice for a one-time setup fee plan and didn’t even use the service. They refused to acknowledge the double charge and blamed my bank. I provided proof, but they still didn’t refund me. This shows a lack of honesty and customer care. I do not recommend this company — I feel scammed, and I hope no one else has to go through this.

We can't find any customer using the name provided. It is likely that this person is seeing a temporary authorization in their card statement that should eventually drop off. This is normal, as when they first sign up we only authorize the card. The actual charge occurs later after we verify the account. If the person wants to contact us and provide their account number we will be happy to clarify this and look into it in greater detail.
