Unprofessional and Dishonest Service

RTC failed to deliver our furniture as scheduled. The driver didn’t ring the doorbell or make a real attempt to contact us — just a single call that disconnected instantly and went unanswered when we called back. Then he took a photo of our door and left, falsely claiming we weren’t home.

We were waiting the entire morning, fully available. This feels like a deliberate attempt to skip the delivery while blaming the customer. Completely unprofessional, dishonest, and frustrating. If you care about your time and peace of mind, avoid RTC.

Hi Mariano

If there is no one at the address, the driver will call customer service. And if customer service cannot reach the customer, our driver will continue on. I can see your order has been rebooked for delivery.

Disappointing and Dishonest Delivery Experience

We waited all morning for our scheduled delivery — no one rang the bell, and only one call was made (missed by seconds), which we returned immediately with no answer. Later, the driver falsely claimed no one was home, only taking a photo of our door and leaving.

Customer support was polite but powerless, and the only “solution” was to reschedule four days later — unacceptable when you're moving into an unfurnished apartment. We feel completely ignored, mistreated, and lied to. We expected better from JYSK and deeply regret trusting this service.
