Ridiculous customer service!
For some reason my card stopped working on ATMs.
1. For about 2-3 weeks this has been an ongoing issue and I can’t withdraw cash money.
2. I went to the bank and they told me that maybe the issue was caused by my card and I needed to have a new card, for which the waiting period is 4 business days - during those four days you cannot pay at Pos terminal or withdraw cash.
3. I could not make payments for four days but once the card was ready I went to the bank, got my new card, deactivated the old one, HOWEVER, the new card could NOT be used at ATMs TOO.
4. I returned to the bank - they told me they couldn’t do anything.
5. I called the call centre - again, useless- they could not fix the issue since they did not know what was it.
6. Today I called the bank to request a 3D Nr for online payments, the least, as this could not be done online /neither from DSK mobile, nor from DSK Direct, even though the lady from the bank PROMISED it could be done from the app or website/.
7. The woman over the phone assisted with the Nr for online payments and once I asked her if there’s an update about my ongoing issue with the ATM case /ridiculous!!!/ she told me she has a response from the relevant team - which no one called to inform me about, even though promised numerous times.
The ‘relevant team’ informed her that maybe I had an issue with the card :-) Dejavu?! To which I responded the card is brand new and I’ve had it for 3 days. Then I asked if I need to go to bank every 4 days and get a new card each time ? /which based on her words was the case/.
8. Long story short, a new card is needed even though the ‘old one’ is 3 days old. Still, even after I take the new card it’s NOT promised that I’ll be able to use the ATM. To which the lady said ‘well at least you can pay on pos terminals’.
9. Currently I am waiting for that second new card - another 4 business days without being able to buy , pay anything or use ATM. The woman from the call centre GUARANTEED that from DSK mobile I will be able to digitalise the not-yet-ready card so I could move it to Apply wallet and at least be able to make online payments. Guess what. This was not happening- she told me to wait 20minutes - It has been 2hrs now and still their brand new app is NOT WORKING, just showing ongoing error.
Can you imagine?! Ridiculous service, absurd customer support, the new application is very slow and showing different errors every few hours. Avoid this bank!
