Disappointing service and unacceptable incident handling.
Took a Paris → Brest BlaBlaBus with a 1h40 delay, paid for a reserved seat that was not respected, and the ride was poorly organized.
Missed my connecting transport due to the delay, had to take a taxi and buy another boat ticket out of pocket.
Customer support dismissed my complaint, claiming the trips were booked separately (as if that justifies refusing any compensation).
All I got was a 25% voucher, far below the actual costs incurred.
Very poor customer care. Unprofessional and shows little respect for passengers.
