I Hardly ever had such a good customer care! Every question i got to ask was promptly answered. In advance the information provided already eliminated the need of other questions at all.
There was a problem with the carrier, but Peggy (ICAN Customer Service) was able to sort it in no time.
Another thing i would like to mention is, that they wont just sell you something for Profit: they make sure, to understand what you are planning and tell you, if you should reconsider certain wishes.
