Account Frozen With No Resolution — Funds Locked
My LATOKEN account (Ticket #360827) has been frozen for weeks due to an AML review. I have submitted my full KYC documents — including my passport, bank statements, and proof of source of funds from my registered company. These funds represent nearly 50% of my savings and are intended for a down payment on our future home.
I’ve cooperated fully and responded to every request. Despite this, there’s been no progress or timeline offered. I’m asking LATOKEN to review my case urgently and restore access to my funds.
This is incredibly stressful and damaging to my trust in the platform. I hope someone from the compliance or leadership team sees this and responds accordingly.
