As carflexi is only a partner for the car booking, the insurance I paid with them was not recognized by Hertz, therefore I ended up paying twice for the insurance. My advice would be if you want the insurance, take it directly from the car provider. Otherwise, the car I received was excellent and could not be more happy with it.
