I recently ordered the Lunie Lamp. I received the lamp in the time frame that I was quoted, and everything works great! I thought I had an issue with the remote not working, so I reached out to their support team. They replied back very quickly and let me know that I just needed to turn on the lamp manually the first time, and from there I should be able to use the remote. This worked and I’ve had no issues since. It is a great lamp so far, and they have great customer service!
