didn't expect his from Dhruv Rathi. Scamming people. There are so many limitations. he is braning chatgpt 5, but its actually older version of chatgpt.

he is also not mentioning about tokens limit which can drain very fast

Horrible Host Support – Platform Leadership Ignoring Serious Concerns

I’ve been a long-time host on Giggster and have had exceptional experiences with many members of their support team. Abby, Anie, Benny, Katrina, Polina, Tetiana, and others have always gone above and beyond to assist me with professionalism and care. I’ve hosted over 100 successful events and have proudly recommended Giggster to fellow hosts and even to CEOs at other platform as a model of host support done right.

Even Elena, the Head of Customer Success, has in the past provided excellent service on multiple occasions. However, this current situation has left a deeply disappointing and bitter taste. Despite clear video evidence and written documentation that proves I handled a situation calmly, professionally, and in accordance with my posted house rules, Elena chose to reverse a previously fair decision. Worse, she allowed a defamatory review to remain public - one that falsely claims I made a child cry - simply because the guest said so.

Even more concerning is her justification: "It was a kid’s birthday" - as if that somehow makes it acceptable for guests to violate house rules that are in place to protect property and guest safety. This position directly contradicts Giggster’s own Location Agreement, which states that renters are responsible for all their guests and must follow host rules.

Elena’s conclusion effectively penalized me for enforcing my own rules, while rewarding a guest who admitted to not communicating those rules to her attendees. That isn’t just unfair — it’s DANGEROUS PRECEDENT.

Hosts are now put in an impossible position: if we enforce the rules, we risk bad reviews and withheld payouts. If we don’t, our property gets damaged and our future guests suffer.

To make matters worse, I even escalated this to Giggster’s CEO via email, and to date, I have received no response.

Giggster is still a great platform with enormous potential, and I appreciate the fantastic support from many members of their team. But this experience with Elena and the silence from leadership have seriously shaken my trust in the platform’s ability to consistently apply its own policies and support its most loyal hosts.
