Sent in a BAPE × FCRB Shark full zip hoodie, for an offer of £60 as it is slightly used (valued at over £500 on stock X) once arived offer was reduced to £20 for nonexistent holes which were not shown on photos. Was then forced to pay £15 to get the item back.

Hi Holden,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're sorry to hear you were unhappy with your recent experience, but we’d like to clarify what happened.
When your BAPE × FCRB Shark full zip hoodie was submitted to us, it was marked as being in "very good" condition, and no defects were noted in the submission form. However, when our conditioning team inspected the item upon arrival, we found two key issues that had not been mentioned:
Significant fading throughout the hoodie
A visible hole in the hood
As part of our process, both issues were fully documented and photos were provided through your customer portal for complete transparency.
Given these discrepancies, we had to revise the offer, as the condition received did not match what was initially described. Please be assured this is not something we do lightly — it's always a last resort. Items with defects are considerably harder to sell, and the resale value is affected because the pool of interested buyers is significantly smaller compared to those for items in genuinely very good condition.
Regarding your reference to StockX, it’s important to understand that StockX operates as a marketplace where sellers can list items at their own discretion, and the prices displayed do not necessarily reflect true market value or confirmed sales. In contrast, our pricing is built using years of compiled market data, buyer behaviour, condition ratings, and platform-specific resale dynamics to ensure fair and accurate offers.
