Excellent company with stunning customer service, I ordered from them 9 times, never been disappointed. The packaging is excellent, the shipping is fast and the customer service is sublime.
I honestly got addicted to their products, and recently I start mixing those oils with denatured alcohol and it lasts even more especially on clothes.
During my 7th order, one of the bottle was missing a little bit, they sent me a free one and a 20% off on my next order.
I recommended them to all my friends and family. I can't thank them enough.

Horrible service, charged me almost $300 for an ECM for 2013 Mazda 3, they claim "it's programmed" and it should be plug and play ready to go, all lies, first of all it took more than 10 days to send the ECM, then it arrives with no instructions, when i called asking how to program the key? they emailed me some basic instructions (which of course didn't work) i had to call a locksmith ($200), the locksmith confirmed that the ECM is not programmed at all!! He referred me to a tech who does program them ($225), the tech told me that Flagship one never program their ECM, they just make it compatible for that VIN and that's it!!! If i went to the dealer, it would have cost me a lot less. Very misleading claims, not worth the $280 for a Chinese "virgin" ECM. Total ripoff, i would never recommend these guys, when i called them needed to talk to a tech, they gave me the runaround, and asked me to file demand to talk to a tech? seriously??? Don't buy from these guys, it's a scam.

Scammers, do not buy from these thieves, they take your money, give you a bogus shipping code and never ship you anything, it has been 3 months, never got anything. The tracking number shows the product still in Chicago, they just print the label and don't ship you anything. Do not buy from them, you try to contact and they will give you an very generic answer (AI answer). I hope they get sued. Try to dispute it with your bank.
