I love love love this perfume oil company. I have bought the Harmony and Havoc, multiple times already. To the point where I have the car diffuser as well. Go great on skin and mixes well with unscented lotions or oils. I always get compliments every single time.

Excellent company with stunning customer service, I ordered from them 9 times, never been disappointed. The packaging is excellent, the shipping is fast and the customer service is sublime.
I honestly got addicted to their products, and recently I start mixing those oils with denatured alcohol and it lasts even more especially on clothes.
During my 7th order, one of the bottle was missing a little bit, they sent me a free one and a 20% off on my next order.
I recommended them to all my friends and family. I can't thank them enough.

My auto fill messed up on my original delivery and it took several tries, but Eternal Perfume Oils was so kind and understanding and helped me get my order. The wait was worth it! Hey so the site is still not showing a way to check out/place an order as of September 18th 2025 so i called customer service because i was gifted a fragrance and i really wanted more i was hesitant to even shop with eternal perfumes because of the site glitching spoke with a lady on the customer service line she said to “try a new browser”and that the site was being fixed i said “okay” waited about 20 minutes and it still wasnt working so i called again and i spoke with Mike Stone he reassured me that id be able to get the fragrances original placed on the site he even helped me place the order over the phone!! he went above and beyond and i can already feel myself being a life long customer including the email support team every one working for eternal fragrances deserves a raise especially Mike because if it wasn’t our interaction i wouldnt be telling all friends to buy a bottle right now!~~

This Perfume oil is THE BOMB I LOVE LOVE LOVE ALL OF THE ONESNI HAVE SO FAR …The assistance I have received is Top Tier customer service I really appreciate it because I will be a repeat customer for sure.. I had the delightful experience of conversing with Mike Stone over a return item. I was thoroughly impressed with the speed as well as the warmth and generosity in the response I received back. My issue was handled within 20 minutes with a resolution that left me very happy. I will absolutely be recommending this company to everyone. I absolutely loved my purchase. I ordered fresh and feminine/ nocturnal/garden chaos/ tuberose bubblegum just to name a few, for a perfume exchange party I’m to attend next week. Now, because I love them so much I don’t want to give them up. Guess I have to order a lot more. You will not be disappointed with these fragrance oils. Longevity/fragrance is top tier.

This is my second time ordering some oils the first time was the orange blood will i like and this time I order 6 bottles 3 for me and 3 for my wife I dont know which i like the best I dont no if I order women's or men's and I really want to try the sample pack to see other one that I can pic from but all in all I love oils and my love hers. A gym buddy had some one 2 weeks ago and smell great I asked him what was he wearing he told me you alls oils I dont know what he had on but it smelled great.i will not buy oils from one one else but you all thank you.

My order came with a half empty sample and when I contacted customer service they agreed to send a replacement out immediately. Great customer service so far I’ll definitely be purchasing again.

I have been searching for a clean fragrance that does not aggravate my sinuses. It’s been difficult. I saw the Eternalperfumeoils on social media and decided to give them a try. I got the deal where you purchase a 50ml bottle and get a 30ml bottle and a sample free. What a great deal. The 50ml bottle I chose I was not a fan of. I wanted to return it and contacted customer service. They responded right away, maybe a few hours later. That in itself was impressive. I asked for suggestions of fragrances after letting them know what scent I preferred. I was given a couple of ideas. I was told I would not have to return the one I didn’t like but they would give me a discount on my next purchase and a free 50ml bottle of one of the ones they suggested. Again, impressive. However, at the time I wasn’t in a position to order right then because of other obligations coming up. They, out of nowhere decided to gift to me a bottle of the fragrance they suggested I would probably like. I was almost in tears. The order was done and I have received the confirmation. The order should arrive soon and I am so excited to try it. This has been one of the greatest customer service experiences I’ve ever experienced. If you like fragrances give them a try. The packaging is impeccable. Definitely gift worthy. I will probably order something for my brother for his birthday in November. He needs clean fragrances. What he wears now really gets to me because of my sinus issues. I am truly grateful for the service provided from this company and will probably get some samples next time so I can make a better decision on what I prefer. Again thank you Eternalfragranceoils. I placed an order and received the order and smelling the sweet luxury it smells good however I instantly fell in love with pear pressure. I reached out to customer service and they responded immediately and offered two options. I choose to proceed with the exchange. The representative started the order immediately and will be sending me out the pear pressure all within an hour as well stated that I can keep the one that I originally ordered… great customer service provided I will be ordering again in the future.
