This is a great product for introducing your child to using a mobile responsibly. I love the ability to restrict the time the SIM works and the reassurance that they can always contact an adult, even if they’ve used their data for the month. As a result our kids have much less mobile phone related drama than their friends! When we had any connectivity issues the call was always answered quickly, by a real person, who was friendly and dealt with the issue immediately. We are so pleased we found this product!
