Five day shipping after paying for two day
I’m on day 4 of waiting for my iPhone 17 case. That’s not processing time. It’s FedEx shipping time. I have to go through their AI to report problems and I’m lucky if I get a response the same day.
It looks like FedEx won’t deliver until late tomorrow, day 5. Nomad did refund my two day shipping charge. But they did nothing like suggest sending out a replacement with overnight shipping.
This is my second phone case purchase with Nomad and it will be my last. The first one was two years ago. I’ll stick with Amazon from now on.
