The whole system of pausing for holidays didn't seem to work, I did get a refund for those weeks in the end, but only when I cancelled the entire subscription. The contact hours are not convenient for educational queries, the lessons were not interesting for my daughter, there was not enough actual teaching/tutoring input, just mostly flat questions and answers on a boring interface. There should be video lessons for the price, not necessarily live but something more inspiring for the price. Not impressed. We gave it 4 months and have switched elsewhere to something more engaging. Wouldn't recommend in terms of the user experience, value for money or communication

We're sorry to hear your family didn't get on well with the Tutorwiz programme. While we try out best to personalise our programme to meet the needs of every student, sometimes some students just need a different approach ( i.e. video tutoring, 1-2-1 in person tuition etc). Refunded but we are always available if you would like to give the programme another go 😊
