The PayPal email says the money went to a Ximena Aguilar Flore with a phone number in Mexico and a strange email address (teatime.image@gmail...). The store's email address sales@pompmex... is invalid and bounces, the given phone number (844)212-3948 has nothing to do with the store

How can customer service and experience of one formerly good company become so bad? When upgrading your class, the web portal does not tell you how many miles are missing. You cannot get a seat upgrade with miles, nor can you pay an extra suitcase with miles. Why? Support sounded very frustrated on the phone but could not help. Now I am trying to download my e-ticket: error message after error message.

Review of Hunter-Ed
Very good training material and professional videos are a superb preparation - thanks to Hunter Ed - before getting a hunting license. It is a lot of material to go thru. I wrote down a lot of things and in the end it took me a couple of days to finish the final test.
The two reasons why I did not give 5 stars: a) The test questions are way too easy. Most people will master the tests with zero studying, and b) the whole education is a bit too Disney for me... no blood, no killed game, no detailed explanation on how to field dress the game
Review of eBay
On July 15, eBay wrote to me "Your account has been suspended because recent account activity has raised serious security concerns". This was a brand-new account I had just created, with no activity whatsoever. This was also my first account in the US (and my last). I never had any issues or bad reviews in Germany. The reason for my bad review is that eBay was not willing to explain the situation to me, although I reached out to them twice. The agents just used standardized text blocks in their answers to shoot me down.

The chat function is a joke. The chatbot absolutely knows no answers and the agent does not react. I tried it yesterday evening and now again. The only message I got today is "Hi, my name is Joyfull Motoung. It will be my pleasure to assist you today.". After that, silence. I waited 10 minutes and gave up
