Still waiting for parcel to be…

Still waiting for parcel to be collected over a week now,
Just getting text messages from this company asking me everyday about something new like example “ courier collected parcel? or if they are road closures in my area? “

Time wasting courier service

Time wasting courier service,
Been waiting for over a week for parcel to be collected, emailed and called many times and every time keep saying that courier will collect parcel today but still waiting.
Not good company!

We are sorry for the delay with your collection.
We have sent you a request for more details so we can understand why the courier has not collected your parcel for over a week and submit a complaint to them.

Please note, you do not have to wait for our courier — when making a booking on our website, you can choose the “Send to our warehouse” or “Local drop-off” option. This is often cheaper and faster, and allows you to use any courier you prefer or drop the parcel at a nearby point at your convenience.

Delivery driver was very rude,

Delivery driver was very rude,
I asked him to take empty bags back but he said “ no I don’t do that and I have another delivery to do now “
He was 15 minutes early but didn’t want to wait 1 minute
After dropping my shopping at my front doorstep he went back to his van right outside my house and was sitting inside for good 15 minutes so I had to go to his van to give him empty bags back

Delivery driver was very rude,
