I truly appreciated the direct communication before and after surgery, as well as the quick responses even out of hours. Jemma deserves a special mention, but I cannot recommend the entire team highly enough for their professionalism, support and responsiveness. I was in excellent hands throughout.

Delivery of the carbonator pro took ages. And the product does not work. We’ve run through all troubleshooting guides. We’ve tested and confirmed it’s not the cylinder, gasket, rings, etc. No response from Aarke customer services for over a week now, despite a follow up. Have never seen such appalling customer service for a malfunctioning product at such an expensive price point! I wish I’d taken my business elsewhere.
