Appalling customer service

Delivery of the carbonator pro took ages. And the product does not work. We’ve run through all troubleshooting guides. We’ve tested and confirmed it’s not the cylinder, gasket, rings, etc. No response from Aarke customer services for over a week now, despite a follow up. Have never seen such appalling customer service for a malfunctioning product at such an expensive price point! I wish I’d taken my business elsewhere.
