After receiving a free trial, I was charged over 20 dollars for a subscription I did not want. I canceled the day after I was charged. Mind you, I did not access this service at all since the first day of the free trial. I am a single, unemployed mother with no income and I relayed this to customer service when I requested a refund. Once again, I did not, and will not, be using the service so I assumed this would be no issue. They proceeded to "prorate" me 11 dollars for "the remainder of the service"... I canceled 1 day after I was charged for a service I did not access or use. Absolute joke, terrible customer service. People using resume lab are clearly seeking work and here this company is taking advantage of people. There are free services that do the same thing. Seek them out!
