Spotify wouldn't allow you to use the family plan when you are travelling, and even typing in your home address still does not work. Customer service is a robot, won't even answer or understand your question. Until you request a real person advisor, but they cannot do anything, and disappear during the chats from time to time. Interesting. Recommend other music platforms.

I’ve just received a letter regarding an overdue parking fine, nearly three months after the alleged misparking incident. The letter was sent to an old address that I no longer reside at. I’ve already updated my address with the DVLA and my car insurance provider, so I hadn’t received any previous notices about this fine until now.

As soon as I got the letter, I replied to the provided email address, but only received an automated response. It’s been two weeks since then with no further communication. I’ve also tried calling the hotline, but it’s constantly jammed and I haven’t been able to get through.
