Kathleen provided exceptional and fast service to solve any and every problem I had. I was promptly reimbursed for a double charge and refunded for a wrong charge. This was done within 15 minutes. She then helped me think of ways to get the IDP for the country I am going in a physical copy. She was very professional and efficient.
