This was my 2nd time shopping on zalando. I bought several items and returned some without any issues (in Germany). Shipping is fast, refund is fast. Everything is good. I don't understand the poor reviews here. I am happy. I got designer items on bargain!

Before ordering, I read the reviews and I was really sceptical and I was afraid to order. But the shoes that I wanted to order were much cheaper on esdemarca than on other platforms so I decided to risk it. I paid with PayPal and everything went smoothly. My order reached germany in few days. Shoes are as described so I am happy that I did not have to deal with customer service 😅
