My 8 year old 30L backpack
My 30L backpack, which is 8 years old, developed a zipper malfunction, making the bag unusable. This bag was a true everyday carry for me, and saw all parts of the world carrying my camera gear reliably. They honored the lifetime warranty, shipping me a new bag in less than a week, as well as sending a label for mine.
The process was efficient and professional. I will continue to be a huge fan and customer of Peak Design.
