The in-store service and online chat support were great. However, I'm disappointed with the quality of the Ezydog Express Harness. It feels overly plastic, and the stitching is poorly done. Compared to the Ezydog Cross Training Harness—which my dog has outgrown—the difference in quality is quite noticeable.
