Booked a rental online via Booking.com. SKIP IT!
Booked a rental online via Booking.com through RC-Advantage. I was sent booking information with an incorrect address as the booking was actually through Rent-A-Wreck. Once at the rental agency there were hidden fees - namely an unbefore mentioned $500 hold (apparently I could have been opted out of for a non refundable $50 fee but I wasn't given that option), a daily rate for SUNPass fees OR $25 per toll ( I was charged an extra day) and they charged me $30 more than I owed on the rental based on what I had prepaid via Booking.com before our trip. I also never received an email after picking up the car with a list of fees and what I paid, I had to ask for it at pickup and only received a paper print out.
The car itself seemed fine though apparently we were supposed to have used the QR code on the car key to do an onsite inspection, which again - no one told me about.
Will Not use RC-Advantage/Zezgo again.
