This is a highly innovative new platform focussing on making fine wine investable as an alternative asset class. WineFi takes a very sophisticated, data-driven approach, looking to outperform benchmark indices for fine wine and they are applying a transparent and fair fee model to do so. Based on my personal experience so far, the team's communication is straightforward and easy to understand. I can certainly recommend them.

For anyone coming to the end of their contract: I recently left Outfox Energy at the end of my fixed term. One item on the final bill was "£25 sundry charge". When I questioned this I was told that this was in accordance with their terms and an early termination charge, despite the fact that I cancelled well within the 49 days before the end of contract date. My reply citing their own T&Cs wasn't answered at first, only when I sent a formal complaint they agreed to reimburse the fee. I thought this was very dodgy, almost trying their luck to see if I would spot/challenge the incorrect charge. Will not use them again.
