I ordered a number of items on the
€12 Tuesday offer 3rd June. Total 72 euro
I was charged €72 before the items shipped.
Subsequently 3 items were cancelled.
No refund.
Rang customer service. Couldnt deal with it on the phone.
Had to email.
Waited several days ... no response.
Eventually got my money refunded 20th June
Never received any explaination. You would think that I was stealing €36 rather than Boots.
Customer service send emails from a noreply address but do say please contact us again.
Woeful service
