Useless organisation
I have received many items which are the wrong size, colour or item but have kept them.
The last dress was unwearable since it was the wrong size. They said they had no returns policy but I could send the dress back at my own expense - £31.30. They claim the package is being returned to me.
Completely unacceptable. Useless. A con. Poor workmanship. Shoddy clothes. No management.
