My issue had to be escalated to a Level 2 tier for resolution, but the problem was readily identified and resolved, and the communication at every level of support was thorough, professional yet personable and warm, and near immediate in terms of turnaround / response time.

Review of LearnWorlds
I have used several similar platforms in the past, but the features and ease of use of LearnWorlds surpasses them all. And when it comes to their customer support... it's off the charts!! It's not unusual for me to receive a reply within several hours of emailing a request for help. And their responses are always thorough and well sufficient for what I needed. Bottom line...
