Quick response and honesty. First I tried to order hard copy manual and it said we was having issues to try again. So I found where I could purchase an electronic copy and ordered. In the mean time my card was charged for both. I didn’t respond and was going to try and cancel the paper manual and decided to wait until I got more. The next day I got the email that I was credited for the paper which I was quite impressed as not many companies go out there was once they are paid, Tks again for been honest
