Just know if you need the info in English, you should ask up front, or you may need to ask and pay again.
My husband needed a user manual for a phone he received. After not finding it on the phone website, I noticed All-UserManuals.com was on the webpage, so I tried it. They did have the info and quickly sent it. So yes they were helpful.
