Failure to resolve delivery error
500L of oil was delivered to my property in error. Ordinarily this would be great, but my tank has long been disconnected, as I have had a heat pump fitted. I understand oil shouldn’t be delivered to disconnected tanks. Now I have a tank full of oil I need to get rid of before I can dispose of the tank. After multiple calls over a number of months, and promises of call backs, they have just told me I need to speak to the supplier direct. When I asked for contact details they told me they did not have any (email or phone). Which feels pretty incredible when you consider that Boiler Juice must regularly speak to the supplier to arrange oil deliveries.
