No out of office helpline?

We arrived home this evening to find our Open Ifra broadband was down. I have searched online (using my phone) for a help line. The only number I could find does not work out of office hours! How can there be no technical helpline available 24hrs/day when customers may bev relying on a reliable broadband service?? Am I missing a number??

Package bigger than expected, continuing story!!

Further to my comments earlier there still has been no further information from Evri!! Apart from one email -
"I work in the local depot and I’m liaising with the team here to get the parcel on the move as quickly as possible. As soon as it’s with the courier, they’ll notify you of the time window for delivery.

If you need any further assistance on this query please let me know and I’ll be happy to help."

I requested further assistance and heard nothing at all!!

Package "bigger than expected"

My parcel was due to be delivered last friday, however apparently it was larger than expected and they are trying to deliver with a larger vehicle!! Evri picked it up from the supplier so how can it be larger than expected??
It is impossible to communicate with Evri, only chatbot!!
I would happily go to the depot and pick it up myself.

The response from Evri was of no use whatsoever I am afraid. The telephone number gets me no where! There is not an option to leave a voice message!!! The website address takes me to the Customer Help page which again is of no use!

Why cant Evri contact me directly?
