Avoid use, try any other delivery service

They are coming late or not calling the door bell, just call the phone number. So when youre phone was on silent mode and you have been at home whole day, you are not getting you groceries and also your money back. You can go on the other side of the city to deliver it yourself. Customer service unfriendly and unhelpful, sending happy faces telling you, that you are not getting your money back.

It’s incredibly frustrating to miss a delivery because the doorbell wasn’t used, and we completely understand how disappointing it must have been to then be told you had to pick up your groceries yourself.
