Made a flight booking to travel on 22 Jul 25 from Dubai to Kozhikode. Flight was cancelled by the airline stating code sharing issues and the full amount was refunded by the airline to Make My Trip. Opedo is just good if there is no change in your travel plan. If you want to change or cancel your booking, Opedo service is worst and you wouldn't get any refund. First of all, it is too difficult to reach the customer service of Opedo as there is no email address or call centre numbers available unlike other platforms. I made several bookings with Opedo and with my good luck there were no changes in the plan hence no issues. Recently I had an incident of no-show due to emergency. I know the fare is non-refundable in case of no-show thus I requested Opedo for refund of the taxes paid. Instant response was that we are unable to help you will have to contact the airline directly. I did that and the airline confirmed refund of the taxes to Opedo but Opedo refused to refund the amount they received stating that they have cancellation charges that I need to pay. Ridiculously unfair!!! Edit: Based the below reply from Opodo ihave received an email as well from Opodo promissing that they will process my tax refund once received it from the airline. They also mentioned that the refund will be subject to deduction of any prime discount received which looks fair to me. I will update this review once the refund is received.

I am from UAE. I made several bookings through wego and all my experiences were positive. I had no events of any flight or hotel cancellations thus dont know how easy is that but this time is different. Couple of bookings I made (Ref WFSQ1ZNEFPK25 & WFVQ53NEFME25) were cancelled by the airline due to operational reasons and issued full refund to wego. I emailed to wego to process these refunds to me but there was no response. Then I contacted wego through WhatsApp (the only option available in UAE other than email) and agent Omnia connected with me. After explaining the situation Omnia assured me that the refund will be processed within 15 working days (I don't know why is this delay as the airline refunded to wego on the very next day). The agen Omnia was very professional and helpful. I am waiting to have the refund to my account and will write another review based on my experience after 20 days, Inshaallah... Edit: I have received full refund from Wego. Wego again ptovee that they are anreliable and trustworthy travel partner. Thank you
