NHS absolute crap
A&Es, GPs, specialised clinics… it doesn’t matter what service you need, it will be absolute crap! But it’s not NHS fault… the English system wants to keep it that crap! More important weapons and capitalism!!! Every time I need to use your services you surprise me on how worse you could possibly be compared to previous time!!
