I have been struggling with La Redoute…
I have been struggling with La Redoute since May, even though have bought enough on the platform. Last time I was offered a compensation of 90 eur for damaged furniture which is not in stock anymore. Given I this is the second time I bought the same as for the first time in June received same damaged goods... I have asked via chat to provide me reembolse to cover carpenter to fix it. Was offered 110 eur instead, which is not enough. And then I have never received any response!!!!!!! this is absurd, I talk to myself in support chat.
You sent me broken things twice without checking the quality. Then you say it's not available so I risk the project Ive signed in May. Then you offer me money not enough but at least smth, then you stop responding! What is that?
You spend much more on delivery and assembly, 100 eur for 1 piece one way, that is what you charge. Does not make any economic sense for you. What do you want to do with broken furniture???? and doesnt help me. I am tired of fighting with support for 4 months. And tired of approaching management to have things moving. THE WORST SUPPORT EVER.
