The worst
After months trying to download my files, support stopped answering my messages. Awful company, terrible support, sleazy tactics... If you want your genome data, go somewhere else. I will be filing a complaint with my state attorney general/consumer protection. And their response to this post was to simply give me the boilerplate instructions that their support team has been feeding me for months that does not work. The worst....

Our bioinformatics team reviewed your raw data files and confirmed that all of your files were correctly generated and are fully accessible in your Sequencing.com account. Our logs show that you’ve successfully downloaded these raw data files multiple times. We’ve also double-checked the files on our end and verified that they are intact and functioning properly.
The difficulty appears to be with how your computer is handling raw DNA data formats such as VCF files. Regardless of the cause, we’re committed to helping you and have offered an alternative solution to assist with accessing the data in a different way.
We’re still here to support you and will continue working directly with you to resolve the issue.
