Cleaner stopped working about 6 months…

Update. I finally got my replacement on July 7,2025. It's a cordless cleaner and I hate it. The app doesn't work if it's in the pool. You can't make a schedule because the battery will not last long enough to clean the pool once much less clean it multiple times in a week. This is the reason I don't want a cordless cleaner. Then they sent me an email yesterday telling me that my cleaner had been shipped out. Yeah I got that from seeing it at my house your about 3 weeks to late to send a tracking number. I still stand by my review on the customer service it's awful. However when the battery is charged and it cleans it is a good cleaner but the battery is awful.


Cleaner stopped working about 6 months after receiving it. I was told to ship it back and they would send a replacement. They received my cleaner on May 23 ,2025 and I still don't have my replacement yet. Every time I call I get the run around and you can't talk to the same person or even email the same person. They have been telling they have emailed me but at no point have I received an email with any shipping information. So it's been 6 weeks no cleaner they have taken my $1000.00 and my old cleaner. I would never buy anything from this company.
