Terrible Speeds - No Explanation
The engineer was brilliant, nothing more he could do, but my speed has dropped considerably without any explanation from yourselves, or my provider Sky. How can I go from speeds to my hub of 25gb, down to 17gb in the last 12 months???

Beware - Offer Not Honoured
Placed an order for a backpack, as it was on offer with a free crossbody bag. However I didn’t receive the free bag, and they have since said the offer had expired 8 days before I ordered. This is impossible, as it was the advert that led me to place the order and the free bag was in my basket when I checked out. The bag I received does look very good, however due to the offer not being honoured, I feel the need to return the bag. Poor customer service, I think they were trying to insinuate I was lying. Word of warning, take a screenshot of your basket before you complete checkout, wish I had.
