DO NOT USE. No stars given.
Appalling. Very unpleasant experience. Sent a different colour and it had a different price to that paid on label.i paid £54.99 and label said £40
Unhelpful. Refused any form of refund. Did not want a £20 voucher as I would have to spend more money to buy something and I might not get what I ordered again.
I find it hard to believe they think it is ok to send out anything they like when you put an order in. It is literally a lucky dip. Appalling, shark like behaviour from a totally unscrupulous company.

Really regretting updating from v6 to…

Really regretting updating from v6 to 360 system. Will probably ditch virginmedia as a result. Programmes unwatchable thanks to the vastly increased number of adverts. Feel cheated and very disappointed. Ok, it has voice control, but I am perfectly able to press a few buttons as an alternative to voice control, so don’t feel it is really an improvement.

You have a lot to learn from Gousto

You have a lot to learn from Gousto, I am afraid. I loved the inclusion of wholegrain products rather than refined but there just isn’t enough choice of dishes. I have used Gousto for about 7 years and just swap out the refined carbs for wholegrain ones. Thought MC would be better as I wouldn’t need to do this but recipes all a bit convoluted and no where near the choices offered by Gousto. Also work out over £35 more expensive than Gousto when full price.

Not even one star

Wouldn’t give a single star if it was possible not to.
Seven weeks and still no product. Been tracking but item has been waiting in transit, according to them, in Manchester UK, for three weeks and gone nowhere. It’s only 180 miles from me.
Holiday been and gone but still nothing. Contacted company who are reordering for me. Asked to be patient! What??

Unbelievable bank

Unbelievable bank. So good. I had an urgent query and a real human picked up the phone in two rings. This has been the case every time I have contacted them. I cannot explain how refreshing this is. Absolutely no “press this for that” nonsense. As a result the stress, panic and anxiety that one might get when trying to make contact is removed. Very efficient and polite staff also.

Hello, really appreciate your 5-star review. As we started primarily as a telephone bank, we figured why change the way we do things. Even on the odd occasions you have to wait, you'll always get to a real person without going through an automated selection.
