We were booked to travel to Scotland…

We were booked to travel to Scotland for a week, leaving Sept 7th. Our poor pup had an accident which is now resulting in major surgery. We contacted pets pyjamas, to see what we could do. After a bit of backwards and forwards, they told us the hotel wouldn’t allow us to travel on a different date and we stood to lose all our money. Over £800. I spoke direct with the hotel only to find they haven’t yet been paid for our upcoming visit and it is in fact pets pyjamas holding onto our money. They are a complete and utter disgrace, with zero conscience or empathy. Just greedy and happy to take money and provide zero service. DO NOT USE

I’m giving RMG 1 star as I can’t give…

I’m giving RMG 1 star as I can’t give any less! They manage the development I live on! They were always bad at maintenance but good at putting the yearly costs up and charging extra for everything. Recently they have become exceptional at being awful! We have dead trees on here. They will only replace if we pay! We had to have rentokil, we footed the bill! Suddenly our grass cutting on the development has halved, but the bill hasn’t! The account manager can only make it out once a year, if we want extra, we have to pay! Repairs are being carried out that are simply awful, but we have to foot the bill! They are nothing but a bunch of cowboys! This lot blatantly rob you and give you zero explanation why! They charge a fortune for stamps and stationary, but you never get a letter explaining their decisions, only ever a bill! And as for responding to emails, if you get a response in a week you are doing well, most of the time they are ignored!
RMG are complete disgrace.
