poor handling of my order - Samsung Monitor

poor handling of my order. showed in stock and i paid but it was actually out of stock and no one bothered to reach out until i called after one week!

Ralph as my advisor

With Ralph as my advisor, i got the help need. He is very responsive and is available to answer questions at any time. Even a few times he was not available, a member of the team would always be there.
