Square is one of the most ruthless gaming companies and have very offensive and disrespectful content on many games.
First of all, they do business with many gacha game companies that are shady and predatory such as GUMI, which develop expensive Global version gatcha games, that have the Square logo and eventually these gacha games end after a few years,
so players lose their money and game progress. Basically you could say that these type of games are heists. Square takes no responsibility and instead they advertise these games on their social media to maximize profit. Also as I have mentioned in my review about GUMI, when War Of The Visions , that has the Square logo, ended service they refunded only South Korean and Taiwan players which is unfair
and when I asked the reason they didn't responded, so they are probably racists and USA citizens, Europeans and others mean nothing to them. Square didn't gave me an explanation for this either.
Many Square games are anti religion especially against Christianity but lately, as I found out, FF14 main story is very insulting and offensive against Ancient Greek religion, Hellenism (which is still practiced) and against Ancient Greek History. Basically every Ancient Greek Deity is crazy and evil on the main story quest. The death of Athena is one of the most disgusting scenes that I have seen in my life in a game/movie. As a Greek I consider these contents very offensive/disrespectful and I have mentioned all of this to Square in the past which does nothing about it, they still keep offending everything Ancient Greek related and of course notice that they avoid disrespecting their own Japanese religions, which is another indication that they are racists.
On their last expansion of Final Fantasy 14 I had terrible lag/delay on frontlines at a point that i couldn't play anymore and their customer just didn't care when I mentioned this.
Also I have asked for a refund many times about their gacha games and they refused it. Case number 00297737.

Stay away from this company its one of the most predatory gacha game companies.

Stay away from this company its one of the most predatory gacha game companies,
do not play any current or future games of theirs.
I have played FFBE and WOTV global versions, which now have ended their service and they were insanely expansive,
they had many trap and limited banners, very low drop rates and
they were accused for both games of being shady and having rigged banners.
Also there were rumors of helping privileged players on auto pvp modes by providing them better AI
and those that were hacking were not banned. You could easily see that on the rankings or by playing against them of course.
The meta on WOTV was extremely unbearable almost all the time, to force you to pull for newer units. As for their customer service,
they were copy pasting templates or using bots, they didn't care at all and they replied after days.
After all that, when WOTV ended service they refunded only South Korean and Taiwan players which is unfair
and when I asked the reason they didn't responded, so they are probably racists and USA citizens, Europeans and others mean nothing to them.
I asked for a refund many times and they refused it, last ticket wasn't even replied, case number 111662.

Terrible Customer Service, shady and the site is unstable.

I contacted with their customer service to dispute transactions since I use their Card and they told me to wait to investigate it. I waited almost a month which is unprofessional, only to be informed that they will not refund and while I was waiting they changed their refund policies, which is shady. On top of that they took the merchant side basically, because of his policies which are vague, on purpose of course. Also their site is unstable and slow. Case number 17980889.
