Don't recommend it
Don't recommend it. They give you 30 days premium but every time you want to view something it takes them 1-2 days to process, by the time I tried to understand it the 30 days were up. And they want $40/month after to just interpret the data. And their DNA explorer doesn't really work after the 30 days, meaning the reports you can view poof and are gone. I also discovered that the raw reports from Sequencing aren't usable for any of the 3rd party interpretive services which was disappointing to learn. They seem focused on trying to extract every dollar they can rather than offer a good experience for customers. They should run the standard gene explorer when they get the reports, instead if you want to view it click run and have to come back in a few days. Stay away, not worth it. Felt I got bait and switched.

Every Whole Genome Sequencing bundle includes full analysis of over 15,000 rare diseases, conditions, traits, and medication reactions. While we offer an optional paid Genome Plan for those who want ongoing AI-powered updates and access to new tools, it’s entirely optional. You’ll always retain access to the reports and data included with your bundle.
All Sequencing.com AI Reports process within 15 minutes. The only exceptions are certain third-party apps from our Marketplace, which may take longer due to external processing timelines. Since your kit was completed, we’ve made major upgrades to the platform, including faster-loading Health Area AI Reports, an enhanced Genome Explorer, and Next Gen Disease Screen, including quicker load times.
As for data compatibility, we provide standard FASTQ, BAM, and VCF files—the same formats used by researchers and clinicians. While some third-party tools may not yet fully support whole genome data, our files meet industry standards and are accepted by many platforms.
Lastly, our Whole Genome Sequencing is clinical-grade 30x sequencing performed in a CLIA-certified and CAP-accredited lab in the U.S.—the same quality used by physicians and healthcare systems.
