I paid £80 per person to upgrade to what I believed as a better inside cabin shown in an email i received from your company only to be informed by a member of staff that all inside cabins were the same . I was quoted a charge of £49 per person for coach transfer to find out it was free. The charge of £30 per day for the internet is shocking . It was stated in my information package that we had free dining but was asked to pay a cover charge at all the restarants. we had to pay for coffee and cream in all the other lounges except the buffet. It was my first trip with P&O and I assure you it will be the last .

The procedure was straight forward ,I was able to complete the whole thing quikely without any problems. I will certainlty recomend your company to family and friends

I ordered two dresses size 20 one was too small the other was too big. I want to return them both but I am having problems. I am 78 years old and am not competent on my computer for other than basic things. The parcel did not have an invoice inside with a return address .I have asked for help from the Chat line but do not understand what to do . I do not have much time to return these items . It is a shame that it is assumed that everyone is computer literate . This has stressed me badly, I would appreciate any help you can offer me
