customer of Salus Seguros.
Been a customer of Salus Seguros for two and a half years. Used them twice before for minor items that just required a specialist review and both were fine. This time I had a TIA rang them and they suggested an hospital to go to imediately. All went well with diagnosis tests X-ray and CT scan thankfully ok for me but we were advised by the hospital that I needed to stay in maybe for the whole weekend. ( this was Friday afternoon) at 2:55 I got a call that Salus Seguros would meet treatment costs to date but would not fund any further treatment. Of course I then rang Salus and was informed they were now shut for the weekend.
No explanation, no discussion Salus left me in the lurch with a potential weekend stay in hospital and tests potentially in the thousands of euros.
Because of the good results too date and the fact I could not afford thousands, I discharged myself this afternoon and will use my S1 tomorrow to carry on my treatment. Completely disgusted with Salus Seguros and would not recommend them to anyone
